JVfinearts shipping Policy
JVfinearts offers free shipping on every original work of art. We'll be using FedEx to package and ship each item. Shipping times range from 1 to 7 business days. We would recommend that you keep the original shipping carton for a few days, in the event that you decide to return the item (please see our Return Policy below).
JVfinearts uses a fulfillment vendor for all reprints. This vendor uses FedEx, UPS, and USPS for shipping worldwide, the specific choice of the carrier depending on the nature of the item ordered and the specific destination. Shipping times range from 1 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
JVfinearts Order Cancellation Policy
Original Works: Orders on Original Works can be
cancelled up to 48 hours after the order is placed.
Reprints: Since orders on reprints go directly to our fulfillment vendor, once placed these cannot be cancelled. Please be aware that there are no returns on reprints, therefore please choose your item, its size, and its media carefully.
JVfinearts Return Policy
Original Works: JVfinearts will accept returns on all Original Works if the return is made within 7 days of the customer receiving the item. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs for the return plus a 10% restocking fee to cover administrative expenses.
Reprints: All sales on reprints are final. JVfinearts does not accept returns on reprints because these tend to be custom in size and media.
